How to get to Thalero Holiday Center from the airport

Lefkada is a “mainland island”. That has road links to the rest of the country through a floating bridge 50 meters to connect it to the mainland. The only way to get from the airport is by taxi.The trip will last around 40 minutes and will cost 30-40 €. If you come by car, please follow the instructions aimed at customers in Northern Greece.

How to come to Thalero Holidays Center from North Greece

Travelers from North Greece will reach Ionnina through the highway of Egnatia. From there they will continue their journey to Preveza and the will pass through the undersea tunnel of Aktio (there is a 3 euro fee for cars). Then they will reach Leykada in about 20 minutes. From there they will take the road to Nidri. In about 4 kilometers the will reach a small village called Ligia and on the road just oposite to a gus station (Shell) the will see a sign with the name Thalero. Then just turn right.

How to come to Thalero Holidays Center from Athens or Peloponissos

Travelers from south greece can visit Leykada through the bridge of Rio-Antirio. From Antirio the will continue to Agrinio, Amfilohia, Vonitsa and then Leykada. The distance between Antirio and Leykada is 150 kilometers which can be travelled in 2 hours with a normal speed. From there they will take the road to Nidri. In about 4 kilometers the will reach a small village called Ligia and on the road just oposite to a gus station (Shell) the will see a sign with the name Thalero. Then just turn right.
